Visual storytelling is the communication form of the future. Visual communication is booming and is entering a kind of golden age. Just look at social platforms like Youtube, Instagram and Pinterest.

Visual storytelling for corporations

Most companies have already become aware of visual storytelling as part of corporate communication (both in connection with change management, strategy rollout or as external advertising).

And the newest research also shows that storytelling is essential for communication when we need to change behaviors or change attitudes and beliefs. At the same time, it strengthens cooperation, trust and empathy.

Because your target group’s attention span becomes shorter and shorter. And it gets harder to catch your audience’s attention through the noise of all the other stories yelled aloud both internally in the corporation and externally.

Because the different storytelling types each have their own advantages. So it is important that you constantly keep in mind what you want to achieve with your visual communication.
