Visualization of corporate values
Visualization of corporate values can be quite a challenge, because how do you visualize a company being responsible for instance? That, of course, depends on what it really means to the company and to the receiver.
Levende Streg did a speed drawing video about corporate values in collaboration with AL Finans. They offer solutions within loans, leasing and factoring. The video is about the three core values of AL Finans: Responsible, Innovative and Value Creating.
VISUALIZATION OF CORPORATE VALUES
AL Finans perceive their core values as the behavior that enables their strategy to become reality. They see their values as a promise to themselves and the outside world. A promise to achieve their goals. Thus the same video is used for communication internally and externally.
The current strategic communication in AL Finans uses aeroplane-metaphors, and therefore the video about the values is built around aircrafts and planes. For example we show the values as the fuel that allows the plane to take flight, while the plane represents AL Finans.
